I’m a big believer in getting my kids outside every day. It doesn’t matter if it’s been raining (hey, getting wet never hurt anyone before) and there are a lot of benefits:
- Physical activity – get the kids burning some energy
- Spending time as a family – away from technology
- Educational experience – talk about the things around you
Here’s the thing…it’s important to be prepared for anything. After a day of running errands, my kids are usually super cranky. So, how do I turn cranky kids into happy kids? By making a stop at the playground!
