I’m so excited to share that Ocean Spray is revealing today and tomorrow their secrets of the Fall fruit at their cranberry bog in NYC at Rockefeller Center!

NYC residents and visitors will be gathering to see Ocean Spray’s bog, measuring 1,500-square-feet and containing 2,000 pounds of fresh, floating cranberries…pretty cool!

Inside the cranberry bog, multi-generational Ocean Spray cranberry growers will share secrets of the harvest – from how the bogs are flooded and picked to why cranberries float.

Here’s their schedule of events:

Tuesday, Oct. 16

Cranberry harvest demonstrations and Taste & Tell booth featuring select Ocean Spray juice drinks and Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. ET
Find your “Liquid identity” with cocktail masters Michelle Hunt and Laura Panter, Martini Club International, 1 –1:15 p.m. ET
Health make-over with Connie Diekman, RD, 2 – 2:15 p.m. ET
Grower Q&A, 3 – 3:15 p.m. ET

Wednesday, Oct. 17

Cranberry harvest demonstrations and Taste & Tell booth, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. ET
Meet and greet with characters from Ocean Spray’s advertising campaign, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. ET

This looks pretty cool… to bad I’m in Michigan! That said I do love cranberries and buy lots of them this time of year and freeze them so I can use them all year!
