I’m not very fashion savvy so it’s no surprise I started to panicking a few weeks ago about what I should wear to my Girls’ Lunch Out cocktail party on May 18th.
Do I wear a dress? Pants? Heels? What color?
Since I’m the host I want look nice but at the same time comfortable because I know I’ll be running around most of the night.
A few days ago, I was chatting with Carly from ThirtySomethingFashion.
I absolutely adore her.
Carly looks fabulous all the time and I drool over her wardrobe {oh how I’d love to raid her closet}.
She has a very cool service called, Box Service, where she sends you a customized box filled with clothing and accessories tailored to your needs from her favorite boutiques.
The box is shipped directly to your home, you go through all the clothes and accessories and send back what you don’t want. This innovative service is perfect for women on the go.
Carly and I are teaming up together and she is helping me put together a chic look for my party {thank you Carly!}.
Here’s where I would love your help.
Vote on your favorite look!
Then it will be my mission to go out and find all the pieces {or similar ones} and that’s the look I’ll wear to the party!
I’m in a bit of a time crunch {nothing like waiting until the last minute}, so I’ll be going shopping this weekend.

Wear whatever you are comfortable in…you don’t have to get real dressed up. I just feel as the “host” I need to. I’m kind of nervous about the dresses because I hate my legs, but I’ll embrace it
Yoga pants and stained t-shirt it is

Hard to choose since you know i love them all…but I am voting number one…I just ADORE that Old Navy dress- it is SO cute and you could easily wear it more casually late summer with flat sandals and a jeanjacket.
Happy to help!!!

Love #1! And Carly is such a doll – I had the pleasure of sitting and talking with her at the last party in Red Bank. The girl has skill, too!

I would have to choose look # 1 and I know it’ll look great on you. Have you decided already what to wear on that event? Thanks for sharing.
