The Ultimate Blog Party 2010 has just begun over at 5 Minutes For Mom! Its my first UBP so I am really excited to meet as many of you as I possibly can without completely ignoring my children.
Can it be done? I think so! Thankfully our new swing set was just installed so I am sure they won’t even notice that I am on the computer {wink wink}.
So welcome to Life Without Pink.
What exactly is my blog about? Well you can read the About page but if you are pressed for time {funny thing to ask to a mom} then I will share a few things about me.
- I am SAHM to two very active, crazy wild but incredibly adorable boys; Big A is 4 years old this month and Little B is 18 months. I have been married for almost 7 years and my hubby and I have been together for a total of 14 years – I can’t believe he isn’t sick of me yet!
- I became a SAHM after my second son was born due to a lay off. It has been great and I am so thankful that I am able to be home with them every day but I have to admit I do go a little crazy at times and crave adult interaction. That is why I turned to blogging. It has become a real outlet for me and I have meet some really wonderful friends through blogging.
- I talk really fast. My husband often has to say to me “SLOW DOWN”. I ramble I know it but I just have so much on my mind!
- Coffee is my life line. Don’t talk to me until I have had at least one cup in the morning.
- I am a reality TV junkie! I know must of it is so fake but I can’t stop watching. ADDICTED!
- Even though I have two boys I still like to be girly! You know put make-up on, do my hair, get dressed up, hang out with the girls or go on a date with my hubby; doesn’t happen that often but I still like to feel pretty once in awhile!
What do I write about?
I discuss the ups and downs of being a mom especially to two boys {did I mention they were crazy?} – a life I am still adjusting to.
Many ask; will you be trying for that girl? Probably not if my hubby has a say {which I guess he does lol}, but you NEVER know! For now I am happy with my two little monkeys and they keep me quite busy!
I will also share some blogging tips I have learned, host a few fabulous giveaways and discuss anything that gets me through the day!

Thanks for stopping by! Yes two boys is a little crazy since they both are into running around all day, screaming, acting like super heroes, wrestling and all that fun stuff. I talk really fast, too. And with my hands. I’m almost mute if someone challenges me to try and talk without using my hands!
Shhh, don’t tell anyone, but I’m kind of addicted to tv, too. Not as bad as I used to be, but oh, there are some shows that CAN NOT be missed.
My oldest daughter would have to agree with you in the sense that she wouldn’t be able to do life without pink. For the longest time is was light blue EVERYTHING and then all of a sudden when she was like 17 she switched to all pink! Wish I were more girly girl!

Nobody talks to me until I have at least 1 cup of coffee! And boys are crazy! I only have 1 who is 4, but he is in constant run and talk/scream mode. Sometimes it feels like there’s an arm of him!
